Borgen Farm and West Central Ag Services

In the 2023 season, one of the three green cups was found by Borgen Farms, of West Central Ag Services, located between Georgetown and Felton. Borgen Farms wanted to pick an organization that would not only benefit one community, but many. They chose the Ada Fire Department Relief Fund. The donation will be directly used to add to and upgrade their grain bin rescue trailer. This trailer would be called out to farms in surrounding communities and West Central Ag locations in the event of a bin rescue, or similar situation. The Borgen Farm, along with West Central Ag Services, decided to match the donation provided by Talc USA as they feel having proper equipment and training is vital to the farming community in the area. In total, a combined donation of 6,000.00 dollars was made to this great cause.
